This elegant villa was inspired by my Arriosa house (see the link and picture of Arriosa below). You can see that the exterior of this house is very similar to Arriosa, though on a much smaller scale! The interior design of Montserrat is completely unique, though many of the themes are similar to Arriosa's.

Be sure to check out Arriosa, one of my most carefully crafted masterpieces! It took over two weeks of uninterrupted work, and you just have to see it to believe it! Arriosa is a luxury Spanish villa with a bold, open floor plan, elegant courtyards with refreshing views, and a dramatically landscaped pool.

Arriosa is here at last! Thank you to Delphy, Aquafina, Fresh Prince, and everyone who made this happen! Get Arriosa here:

My Policy:
Feel free to use or modify any of my house designs, but only for personal use! Please do not upload them to other sites. And please don't modify my stuff and then try to upload it as your own--I often spend days at a time working on a really big project and take great pride in my work. (My Arriosa house alone took over two weeks of uninterrupted work, and used over a hundred individual cheats!)

Thanks!

Enjoy!
Mairi

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Luxurious house, mairie, thank you, I love it totally. Corners, details, decorations (lovely fountains) have their own right place. Even if you allow to change your houses at each downloader needs, I wouldn't, it's perfect. Kiss and ciao.

Are you sure you were not a real estate agent in a former life? Hehe, kidding. But this is a great looking house. I love the detail (and not to mention, you must have one kicken' graphics card) The photos speak volumes about this home. I just hope my crudy computer doesn't choke once I enter a family into it (for some reason, my computer isn't so friendly with fountains, fish tanks, and other small details) In anycase, I wanted to send this message and attach a thank you Keep up the great work.

Thanks for all the kind comments, everyone. You all have definitely encouraged me to keep creating and sharing houses (as though anyone could stop me--it's my favorite hobby)! The community in this forum is awesome--it is wonderful to be able to share our creations with our friends here and see what they have made as well.

Just wanted to let everyone know, I have some new projects in the works, two more villas (one large and one medium-sized) in the Mediterranean style that will be finished soon. Look for Cordillera and Saraceno, coming soon!

I am also working on a starter home (under 20k) in this theme to help round out the Mediterranean collection. Ferretti should be finished in the next day or so.

Use the following cheat: (Ctrl-Shift-C opens the cheat menu, if you haven't used it before): roofSlopeAngle 15. That is the slope angle I used for this house--the default slope is 45 degrees. You can set an integer between 15 and 45. Good luck with your own building!
