Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Due to the amount of requests I have had for expansion-free houses, I am pleased to introduce Tiavani, the first house in the new Classics series. This series will feature houses that don't require any expansions or stuff packs, and I will be adding to it from time to time. Enjoy!

Contemporary charm defines this home's unique and refreshing design. Whether it's in the lush landscaping, the beautiful stone facade, or the stunning solana with its curved glass roof, you'll feel the very definition of the word "inviting" as you approach this luxurious home.

Tiavani is fully furnished and decorated, and is unparalleled for its comfort, unique style, and elegance. This home makes an ideal vacation retreat!

-Unique, efficient layout with plenty of doors and windows
-Fully landscaped with trees, fountains, and gardens
-Lighting and decorative plants in every room
-Safe and secure with burglar alarms, fire alarm, and phones
-This spacious home can comfortably house four people, with plenty of room to expand and customize
-And so much more--check it out for yourself!

This is the first house in the new Classics series, and there are more in the works.

The lush and detailed landscaping creates a refreshing outdoors atmosphere and accents the fresh beauty of this home.

Tiavani's many windows let in plenty of natural light and offer stunning views of the outdoors.

Majestic trees grace this home's exterior and provide welcome shade during hot summer months.

This house contains no hacks or custom content!

*The house shown in the photos has the Millenium reflective floors installed--these are NOT part of the downloaded version! The reason for this is that it caused my computer to run very slowly because of the overload on the graphics card (and it is a really nice card and computer). I didn't want to provide a house that might not run well for people. If you wish to install the reflective floor tiles in your own copy of the house, you may get them here:

**You don't need any expansions or stuff packs to play this house!

My new series, Country Estates, is on the way! Look for it coming soon!

I will be adding to the Classics collection on a regular basis, so you may expect to see some more Classics houses in the future.

My Policy:
Feel free to use or modify any of my house designs, but only for personal use! Please do not upload them to other sites. And please don't modify my stuff and then try to upload it as your own--I often spend days at a time working on a really big project and take great pride in my work. (My Arriosa house alone took over two weeks of uninterrupted work, and used over a hundred individual cheats!)

Stonehaven, the first house in my new Country Estates series, is finished! It is currently in the process of being uploaded. Check out the sneak preview here:

Please be sure to check my profile page for any announcements about important issues and houses to be released next. Thank you!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

For the past week, I've been searching for a new home to celebrate my Sim's job promotion and new baby, but all the ones I liked either required expansion packs, or had 20 stories and a zillion rooms that I didn't know what to do with. My Sims and I can't thank you enough!

Cheap, no Ep's, this is what my growing sim family has been looking for. Commendably done!
This will be my main house in the next chapter of my legacy!

Isn't it funny how you always make fun of that one emo girl because she's different and then realize that you're the reason that she cries at night, and hides in the darkness?
I'm not laughing.
