This is really cool. I hardly ever see careers in contests. Thanks and good luck!

Oooh - how wonderful - and absolutely enchanting!

(As a practicing Paladin herself I will have to let Mihura know about this!)

Thank you all for the compliments. I hope you enjoy the career.

Feel free to PM me with career requests. I don't guarantee I'll do any particular one, but I'll consider each.

Rah this reminds a lot of memories. Strengh, constitution, charisma oops sorry but your requires seem good.
Thank you FennShysa.

Well, I used Mechanical as a stand-in for weapons training because none of the others seemed remotely appropriate. Strength and Constitution are both kind of included in Body. Charisma was already there. I hope you like the end product.

I've played your careers before, and they're wonderful -- creative, well-written, and funny. I look forward to playing this one very much!

And good luck with the contest!

I've made some mods for The Sims 1 -- yes, The Sims ONE :-) -- which you can find at http://corylea.com/Sims1ModsByCorylea.html

Thanks, I actually try to go for funny a lot of the time, to keep in the spirit of the game. Thanks for the compliments, both of you.

This is fantastic. The first custom career I have downloaded, but I couldn't resist. Can't wait to play it in my game! :D

I am dazzled. I have the 1978 first edition books too. So awesome. I can't wait to try this. Consider "Thanks" pushed (rolls 2d10) 78 times.

Thanks, everyone. I have other D&D careers. Three so far with more to come. I'm thinking about doing the bard next, and the cleric will come at some point.

It is glorious! Thanks,
This is a tremendous improvement for the medivial neighborhoods, now still missing would be the career of the "Damsel in Distress" and maybe also "King"

The last level in my Warrior career is "Lord," that could double as king.

This'll be perfect for my Black Knight in my latest series! All this time I've been putting him in the Slacker career because he never takes off the helmet. This is a great career track, but I'm not allowed to finish this sentence.

Thanks, hexameter. I couldn't have done it without you. You're a credit to MTS2. Swordsmasterguy, I don't really know about the helmet part in this career. I don't know if a sim will keep it on in this career or not. I hope you enjoy this career, but I don't really know what you mean about not being allowed to finish your sentence. Thanks for the compliment, though.

I play only a medieval hood and this I know should benefit me most. I've got a few other careers I use but nothing as this. My king & queen rule my simland and I know this will definitely add to the challenge. I'll be sure to give a quick note after I've tried your career out. I just hope I get it all right.

I'm assuming all must be put in the downloads folder itself and no subfolders? careers I know can be troublesome when it comes to crashing.

Oh also I believe I may have a hack that allows a sim to wear everyday clothes to work, do you think that might come in conflict with your career here?

I personally keep my careers in a subfolder with no problem, so I think you should be able to as well. If you like medieval careers, I have three others you might be interested in, my wizard career, my warrior career, and my magic career for pets (your pet ends up being a wizard's familiar). I have more in the works, as well.

I don't really know about the "everyday clothes" hack conflicting with this. I don't really see why it should, I guess the only way to really know is to try it and see.

I'm going through a rough patch right now with a change in my pain meds, and this has actually made me laugh two or three times. LOVE the way the horse carpool slides on down the road whinnying. It's terrific.

My paladin isn't changing clothes to go off to work. But you know what--it's even more fun that he takes off to do his good deeds in his swimsuit. XD

Oh man I just had to come back an say how "freaken awesome" this career is. My god when the rider came to p/up my sim it nearly scared me too death... the sounds are GREAT!! the horse sounds instead of a horn (oh man you are definitely onto something here I can not STAND the horn) blew me away, I just got a killer sound system and it sounded so cool. The thought of maybe someday getting rid of cars altogether for me is a dream but this was one less damn horn I had to hear an I love it.

The clothes situation was fine, he kept his own clothing which was medieval of course and fit perfectly. I'm on my way to make some clothing changes for the drivers to look also the part (using NPC replacer). **Ah but now I'm wondering are these particular drivers (carpool) different or separate then the carpool drivers the base game has? I mean do they all come from or use the same ones, I'll try it an see, hope that makes sense...

The whole career is awesome, did I say that already! probably sorry... I just really can't get over it. I loved the fact you changed the icon that was a definite plus too. Okay well I'll stop... I just have to say "Anyone looking for a great medieval career this is the place & the creator" I'll be downloading the others you mentioned also, thanks.
