Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

Phew! Well this house took a lot more work than I was expecting it to.

It's furnished in an authentic Victorian style (or as close as I could possibly come without OD-ing on CC), and the gardens outside were based on research I've done into the time period. So... if you like playing themed lots (or you have a sim who enjoys antiques!), this is ready to go. Or if that doesn't float your boat, but you like the house, there's an unfurnished version you can do whatever you want with!

House info:
  • 5 Bedrooms
  • 4.5 Bathrooms
  • 1 Kitchen (with breakfast nook)
  • 1 Dining room
  • 1 Family room
  • 1 Sitting room
  • 2 Fireplaces
  • Outdoor pool
  • Pond for fishing
  • Orchard and plots for growing food
  • All necessary skill-building items

Note: I was not able to include the music box pictured above, but you can easily download it from 4ESF here

Hope you enjoy the house! Let me know what you think.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This is gorgeous! Is there any chance of uploading a version with absolutely no custom content in it?

allilev--I could make an unfurnished one without CC (a furnished would be much harder, but I could try that as well if you like), but I can't promise how nice either will look!

Would anyone happen to know if I could include those in this post, or if I should upload it in a new thread?

Hello! I hardly ever download houses, but I couldn't resist this one. You have obviously put a TON of effort into this and I thank you for your work. The house is beautiful, and I especially appreciate the landscaping you've done- it's the one thing I usually neglect in my own lots...Thank you again.

As I understand it, either is acceptable. If you do upload it in a new thread, it would be nice if you could link to the new thread from this one.
