Requires OfB.
Custom content, see below.

Three houses on a 2x1 mini lot, each of them large enough for three or four sims if you use the basement as an additional bedroom. The floorplans are identical; each house has an open kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor, a double bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and a full-size basement. The basements are easily viewable since they have regular walls (not foundations) on the back and sides, so basement-loathers might want to give this a try.

1 x double bedroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x bathroom
1 x basement (empty)

No garden/s, no parking.

Lot Size: 2x1
Lot Price: 42.467§

Custom Content Included:
- Lattice Siding and recolour by Reyn
- Ceiling Rim and recolour by 4ESF
- Victorian Porch Fence by Holy Simoly
- The CoverUpSlope Fence in Desert by d_unit

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Nice! How did you manage to get the terrain adjacent to the walls level like that? I've never seen that done before.

I just downloaded this and several of your other houses and I am an avid fan of your Middleground neighbourhood which also has groovy basements (i.e 03, 02, 01 Forest Lane). I've been looking into basement tuts but none seem to have results that look like your houses with windows there and the stairs the way you have them (perhaps it is just me being silly), could you please ease my pain and tell me how exactly did you build these! I just love them so much.

This is great! And with new Sims 2 Apartment life, it can work even BETTER if you replace the doors for the Apartment doors!

Great work!

My Sims 3 game has a built in timer! It never fails to crash after an hour of playing. D;
