This is #4 from my set of homes inspired by the little thumbnail pictures of the houses collected in "We Love Katamari," the second Katamari Damacy game. In that collection each house had a family name (although the residents were never seen) and included a blurb about them, which I've added below.

Each house in this set is furnished and decorated except for the single bedrooms, which are only very basically furnished in order to accommodate different types of families.

4-Todoroki Residence

-Apparently, this family took out a 35-year mortgage to buy a newly-built house.

- Some items didn't package with the lot so I have added a separate file of the additional CC. Put these in your
downloads folder for the lot to resemble the pictures.

- Many items are from SimPeople and Me, a site that is now gone, but have allowed item sharing.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

A cute litle house! The back veranda and the garden are so natural! Thanks,

Thanks verenaheu, the pond's small but you can fish in it.

I was wondering if people would be interested in "no CC" versions of these houses as well?

all your japanese houses are really beautiful and also pretty modern. i really like that!

btw, i prefer no cc versions of houses, because then i can better control my cc...
but you don't use that much of cc, so i guess it's ok...

I love these lots! I've created an entire neighborhood especially for them along with other contemporary Japanese lots I've been able to find.

I also enjoy the CC you include. As much as I like houses without CC because they're easier to manage, the CC you've chosen for the Katamari lots are nearly all things I would have liked to download myself. However, if it's not too hard to include a copy of the lot without CC, I think other people might greatly appreciate it.

I'm looking forward to much more!
