This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.

Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
To further improve the usability of the Kitchen & Bath Stuff Pack, I have continued making recolors, this time of the "You Got Feets" tub and the "Super Jet" shower.

Evidently, the tub was included to match the "Romantic" bath set, and the shower is supposed to match the "Stylish" bath set, but for some unfathomable reason, EAxis included only one color of each. Then they tried to trick us by recoloring the walls of the shower and the feet of the tub, but it is STILL just a white tub and a black shower. Someone, somewhere, is an idiot. It is just impossible for me to tell if it is them for doing this illogical sort of thing all the time, or us, for being surprised! Anyway, I have recolored both the tub and shower in mint, petal pink, and sand to match the romantic set. In these recolors, the metal fixtures are recolored in nickel, bronze, and copper, respectively, to match the "Sink on High" sinks.

The tub and shower are also both recolored in Bone and Olive to match the stylish set. I also recolored the tub in black to match the original black shower and black sink. Finally, as I matched the walls of all the showers to match tiled walls included in the stuff pack, I realized I had nowhere to put in my two favorite walls, the brown and aqua tiny tiles, so I made recolors of the shower in Brown and White, too. In these five colors, the metal fixtures are the original chrome.

Because of the reflective nature of both the shower and the tub, the colors metamorphose with changes in lighting and decor, so sticking to a simple color scheme shows them to their best advantage. They all have both clean and dirty states, but the dirty state for the tub seems quite borked. This is an EAxis default, not my own. So, if you can manage to actually get this tub dirty, it will look dirty; I had to break it to do so, but, well, whatever. :D
I do have more kitchen stuff in the works, so stay tuned!

By the way, these recolors DO REQUIRE the Kitchen & Bath stuff pack, that option is just not available to check in the upload wizard!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Brilliant job... but MTS2 needs to fix itself. Whenever creators say their creation needs K&B it doesn't show up on the menu.

Thank you. These are lovely. I've never understood why they don't include more recolours with objects.

I'm so happy you did this. I was very frustrated using the new black sink and black shower with a white tub.. made no sense! I appreciate your work!

Thank you so much! Brought this pack on April 16th and wondered why Maxis didn't do all these recolors so we could have complete matching bathrooms and kitchens when we use the pack. I noticed Maxis completely left out dishwashers to match the two new kitchen sets. They could have gave us stylish modern ones like they did in Freetime to match the Kitchens in this pack.

Happy Simming!

Thank you. I also noticed right away that the tub and shower only came in one color. Boring! Thank you for these, they look beautiful.

So so happy! Just yesterday I was wishing that Maxis had made other colors in these. I couldn't use the tub in my bath because it was only white Now the problem is solved!! Thanks so very much! :D

Cheers Spacedoll-you are pretty darned awesome for doing these recolours. K&B has to be the most disjointed and disappointing SP to date. You've made it 50% better!

Actually, lazydaisy, they didn't! The Big & Brown dishwasher and Garbage Ninja trash compactor both come in colors to match the Stylish and the Romantic sets. I am also recoloring those to match the Surfaco counter recolors I made.

Thank you! It really bugged me that the shower (which is quite stylish) was only in black! It didn't make any sense. Anyway, you've now fixed that. :D

Dude you kick booty! Thanks! I was just pondering their mismatching skills the other day when I put together a bath with these pieces. (psst, I think they do it to make us make things ourselves)
I'm trying to get a platform tub made, I could have sworn there was one in the previre photod but no amount of cheat codes will let me make one, :o(
Anyways, love your recolors, we have harmony once again. :o)

These are great! So limiting with only very few colours - does not allow my Sims to express themselves fully. Thanks a lot!
