Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Old Town Community Centre: Five Community Lots!
No CC, maxis content only.

1. Restaurant: China Restaurant
2. Bakery and Café: Bakery n'Café
3. Park: Park n'Pool
4. Hair Saloon: Cut'n Go
5. Clothes Store

They come all with Maxis Content only, I have used no cc and you will only need University, Nightlife and Open for Business.
You can visit the lots or run your own business with them. They are fully furnished and are ready to be used as businesses.

The community lots should satisfy all your Sims needs in your neighbourhood.

I will attach the whole set in this post, for the single lots look at the posts under this one.

Feedback and thanks as always appreciated. Hope you like them!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanks a ton for these. They include all my neighborhood needs and are a lot prettier than if I tried to build myself x) BTW, I hope it's okay that these lots will appear (briefly) as settings for the story of my future "Legacy Challenge" family.

Thank you and what I like about what you have done is allowing us to maybe pick one or two or all of what we made need or want in our game. Like what Sims do not need their hair check out? Thanks for your time and work.

Thanks for creating these.

I was wondering what happens if we don't have Uni, but they work anyway.
