Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Looks fantastic, Lee...love the landscaping!

Everything I ever created is FREE for use. Use it as you wish, you can even include the CC with your lots. If you want to give credit please link to http://www.elitesimbuilders.com/.

Man, this lot is great!
Starting from the "wish-you-were-here" theme which is one my fav songs ever, but I'm speachless for the walls! The wood panelling and the rock textures are stunning, as well as those with the wheel design, really really stunning, and the terrain textures are wonderful (the cave looks so realistic).
I also like the internal structure, so open and *vertical*, dark but warm.
Thank you Lee, this is a precious gift for all of us. Kiss and ciao.

Ah, everytime I see one of your lots:" I wish I was there"!
But alas, that cannot be... The river is thrilling natural!
Thanks!

This lot is amazing! I had to look at the cave a couple time to decide what you did to achieve that look, amazing! The details in this lot are amazining and with so little CC. You are truly talented, thank you so much!

Lee, this lot is beyond excellent. The walls, floors... you just nailed the feel of the place, bullseye, deadon, and on the nose, just fantastic.

Love this one, Lee. That water wheel looks so realistic. I can just imagine the water flowing over it. Thanks for sharing.

You should consider that most people dont have EVERY EXPANSION OR STUFF PACK.
