Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

How did you avoid the graphical glitches that come with making an apartment on a beach lot?

Hi! Thanks for all your comments ;-)

@witchzenka:
I didn't build this apartment on a beach lot, like the community lot next to it, as I have read in another forum about problems with apartment beach lots and I wanted to avoid to crash my game, so I better not try it :-(

I haven't had time to play this apartment too extensively yet, but so far, it's working very nicely-- perfect for my struggling-young-novelist Sim! Thank you for sharing your work.

Ah. Darn it, I was hoping you'd figured out the magic trick to make beach apartments work!
They're wonderful anyway.

I have just downloaded every single building you've created. Those have been exactly what I had wnated in my neighborhood. I had tried to build something like that, but did not succeed. These are perfect.
Danke! Wirklich traumhaft!
