Tour Across America

Pittsburgh, the second largest city in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, now beholds a humble abode of big city characteristics yet a delicate intricate design to the estate helps carry on the cities high rankings for character and a high livability status.

The Home we will be looking at today is an intriguing lot flourished with the traditional lawn and gardening found throughout America. Low rise trees accentuates the closer edges of the homes as well as shrubs and bushes adding additional details while the higher level trees defines the traits of the front and back yard.

The entry of the home provides a modern living environment. Heading to the right of the living area one is to find the kitchen and dinning area. One is able to exit the kitchen by walking back into the main living room, entering a half bath, or heading outdoors. Exiting outdoors one will notice a pool area, along with the exercise area surrounding the pool, and the outdoor grilling area and dinning. Heading back into the house via the backdoor from the living room, we now head to our far right where we find the masters suite decked with modern furniture. Heading back out into the living area we're able to locate the stairs heading to the second floor in which one is to find bedroom 1-4, as well as bathroom 2-3.

Now that we've covered "America's Most Livable City", we will now trek North but not too far North to Albany, New York for another episode of A Tour Across America.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

In my humble opinion the furniture is almost always outdated when its the same exact maxis furniture that was used before CC starting back in 2004.

Along the tour no custom content, nor expansions packs will be implemented into the designs in this concluding series.

I do believe that new original furnishings should be coming out in about a month or so when the Sims 3 hits the shelves though. Thanks -SC USA

I live in Pittsburgh, as a matter of fact, I live on the first calldesack buil here xD. It really does look like the houses around here, kinda' like my neighbours actually. Except theirs is farther back in the woods, behind some evergreens....Ayways. I digress, I really do love it! <3
