Upon walking up the front steps of this house there is a samll footbridge leading to the main entrance. This is a contemporary lot with 3 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms fully furnished. I left part of the basement unfunished. Enjoy...

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install. What a gorgeous house ! It makes me think of the Tuscany style of architecture. I love you walls and floors too, the facing ones are just beautiful. Thanks a lot for sharing

Wow! How beautiful!! I love the Tuscan feel of it. It looks like some place I'd love to live too! I love your creative use of mostly Maxi items!! Also congrats on your picture taking skills. They are really crisp!! :D
