Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
The luxurious Hôtel De Fleurs nearby Le Théâtre was the most famous lodging in Desiderata Valley.
Because of the demographic trend the owner decided to convert it into shared apartments for older sims.
Up to 6 seniors can live together and enjoy their retirement.
Each of the 4 apartments has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a minibar/minifridge for snacks.
On the first floor is a dining hall on the left and you find a ultra-modern kitchen with all equipments you need. On the right of the entrance hall is another big room with billard, poker, bar and piano.
The second and third floor have each two apartments and a lounge to hang out with the other residents.
There are also lots of hobby related objects, wether they like games or music, nature or arts - each sim can follow his pleasure or just relax in the whirlpool, after sauna and massage.

Furnished and playtested - no custom content!

Enjoy playing!

p.s.: I could imagine that this hotel is also good as a dorm/greek house, you just have to change the doors and use the 'changelotzoning'-cheat

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Oh, so much comments already, thanks a lot!
My hood needed some place for all the seniors and that way I can accommodate up to 24 sims in one place and they don't have to suffer for loneliness or boredom, because they can enjoy their hobbies with others :D

Hello, I love your houses and I have started a new downtown that I would like to follow the style of your houses. I like to build houses too, but mostly I do it with houseplans I find of houses I like and Ive never tried to stick to a single theme.

So I have a question, what exactly is the style of your lots? French Houses? Townhouse Houses?

Is it alright if I use your "Desiderata Valley" lots in any other neighborhood...They're all so beautifully done, but I just play Pleasantville , Belladonna and Veronaville... and I'd hate it if Le Théâtre caused my game to crash

EDIT: You know, like if, the terrain changed around any of the lots, I'd be in trouble, right??

Uh, What I meant was, at the expense of being a n00b, Do any of your lots have any unusual elevations that might change the terrain geometry around em?
