Me either because I never bothered to sell produce. But someone had requested this in the WCIF section.

Wait a minute, I just had a thought...if you first mark for sale a mouthwatering cucumber, then for ever after you could stock bland cucumbers and get the mouthwatering price. Hmmmm :-)

That does sound like a bug. Thanks for fixing it.

bubbajoe62, very true. It will allow you to cheat in that situation to get better prices for cheap bland cucumbers (without this hack that is). That was another reason for making the hack.

i have a question about compatibility: do you think this may conflict with Squinge's Restock no Owner hack? they both effect restocking...

I am also wondering about compatibility. Will this hack conflict with simwardrobe's produce packing station?

Zennyrpg: This doesn't conflict with any of the business facilitators from SimWardrobe, at least not on my computer. I have most if not all of them, and I ran the conflict detection utility and it came up clean. The produce packing station packs all of the produce as whatever quality is last in the inventory. The picture in the inventory will tell you which it is. I had mostly mouthwatering tomatoes in my sim's inventory with a few tasties thrown in, and they were all packed as mouthwatering, and after unpacking the crates, remained mouthwatering.

That being said, I noticed that the hack doesn't separate produce already in the inventory, but I'm not a modder, I don't know how it works, and I can't make it better, so I'm not gonna complain. :P

this is awesome! and it makes me wonder could you or do you know of a mod that differentiates between other things, because it's so annoying when i set up my toy shop by color and then they just restock in the inventory order

there are other restocking mods out there. and if none fix the wrong color restock, a mod could probably be made to do that. but i've not the time to do it myself
