I don't download many houses, but I'll definitely grab this for its fun suburban style - it reminds me of the Leave it to Beaver/Desperate Housewives house.

Well done!

The whole house is very great. However, the outside of it is beautiful beyond words! I like the wallpaper on the outside of the house very much

I love it! I am not really good at designing and building houses. This looks so real, that it is one of houses that you see in the magazines or something like that, not from Sims 3! My Sims family will be much happy to have it in the neighborhood.

I wonder will it be possible to use this same house in the neighborhood, but change the colors outside and inside of the house for different families? I would like to use this house for my other families as well, not only one family. Thanks.

This is the exact reason I couldn't wait to get TS3, I saw all the cool things people were making and decided not to put off buying the game until July. Thanks so much this house is awesome.

I also love this house, but wherever I put it, it appears to be on some plateu or something and my sims can't access it. Am I doing something wrong?

So if I am reading correctly, we can use the Sims2 clean installer, rather than the Monkey or the Launcher?

For some reason, I though nothing Sims2 related worked with Sims3. Just need reassurance before installing. Thank you, it is beautiful!

ETA: I dragged the file to my desktop from my download file (a Vista feature) then double clicked your file. The sims3 launcher opened up and installed the house. I assumed the monkey installer would do it. Meh, I put the Monkey installer in my downloads folder. Should I have left it on my desktop?

Sorry, I need to re-read installation instructions.

Dying to place this house but having the same issue

description reads lot size is 40x30. However it is coming up in the game as a 40x40 with the slope in front of the house making it impossible to access. Boo.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure what's going on with the sloping issue. I'm going to test the house on a few more lots and see what I can find. Also not sure why it would say 40 x 40 in pinkster's game, but 40 x 30 in mine. Very weird. Has anyone gotten the lot to work properly?

Oh, and chimp78: if you can get the lot to work (heh), you should be able to place it multiple times, since in TS3 you really place a "copy" of the house. Then use Create-A-Style to change the colors of siding/wallpaper/flooring, and you have a whole new house!

okblondee: Did you get the house to install OK?
