The Bennett House is a contemporary 3 bedroom and 2 ½ bath, single level home built at 180 Redwood Pkwy in Sunset Valley. This home was specifically designed to take advantage of the views this lot affords. But, of course, you can place it where you want.

The house features dark-stained vertical wood siding and stone exterior with beautiful, lush landscaping. A wood deck extends all across the back of the house and there is a big wood porch on the front of the house. The attached garage has two parking stalls and entry to the kitchen. There is a fire pit - sitting area, and a grill - dining area (seating for four in each area) in the backyard. The grilling area also includes two counters and a sink. There is a swing set in the side yard for the Sim kiddies. Although this house is contemporary in design, the wood and stone exterior and lush landscaping gives it a rustic cabin feeling.

Inside the home is open, spacious, and comfortably furnished with contemporary décor. There is a stereo, desk/chair and computer, TV, bookcase, fireplace and seating for six in the living room. There is a snack counter and seating for six in the dining room. Both the living room and the dining room have sliding doors out to the deck. The kitchen is big enough that you won’t get traffic jam-ups with more than a couple Sims in there. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and trash bin. There is a powder room off the dining area.

A full bath is at the end of the hallway, past the bedrooms. The master bedroom has it’s own en-suite bath. Both full baths have a toilet, one sink and a tub-shower combo. The master bedroom has a double bed, a chair, a dresser and a mirror. The master bedroom and the one next to it also have sliding doors onto the deck. Both smaller bedrooms have one single bed, a dresser, and a desk/chair. The kitchen has a smoke alarm and there is a security alarm by the front door.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
