Hank's Auto Shop is for sale.
Hurry before the Landgraabs buy it and bulldoze it to make another swimmingpool or something.

It is furnished for a bachelor, but there is a small upstairs addition.
The entrance leads into the office, and from that you can access the large living room/kitchen area. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Also plenty of parking space...

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

All we need now is the ability to tinker with our cars(or give us junk cars to restore like TS2; Hobbies X-pac). Great work none-the-less and I look forward to adding it to my town, BIG thanks!

That is really cool! I particularly love the "front office" room, it looks like a functional business on the outside and retains the functionality of a residence.. I can't wait for an "Open for Business" type expansion now, lots like this would be even more perfect! Great Work !

How nice
Will add this to my neighbourhood for sure. There are certainly room for more "public" places so Summer Valley can look more city like.

The Exterior is amazing. And this lot placed in the downtown area of the maps would look great to give the "towns" a more "city" feel for those of us city people. Great work.
