For this lot you will need the expansion pack 'Sims 3 World Adventures'.

This is my first lot in the wonderful new expansion pack. I had some inspiration from 2 of the fantastic already built manors in Egypt, and decided to recreate my own version of a tiny Egyptian Manor.

This Egyptian Wonder is located right by the river, across from 3 spectacular pyramids. Therefore, your sims will have the most perfect view.

It also includes:

-4 bedrooms
-2 main bathrooms (one of them contains 2 seperate toilet and sink areas)
-Underground chamber/basement
-Open plan kitchen, dining and living

Lot size: 40x30
Cost Furnished: 112,006
Cost Unfurnished: 77,013

I have not used any custom content on this one.

Hope you enjoy it!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Egypt is my least favorite of all the new locations, but this may lure my Sims back there - very nice work! =)

WOW this is outstanding! I never had a motivating factor to want World Adventures but I think I may just have to invest in a copy of it just to fiddle around with the different build styles like this! I love those palms in the pics of the outside too! Great job on a truly amazing upload thanks so much for sharing

I think you captured the feel of egypt in this!

However, I don't like the "flooring" outside, something about rigid edges (where the tile meets grass) just looks terrible to me, Mmaybe consider somehow blending the grass somehow next time? I always use terrain paints outside for paths, and ground level porches ect.

Party up in here! BYOO!! Bring Your Own Overalls!!!

Great house! I love seeing all the new types of houses. I think landscaping can be a challenge too and I wouldn't call yours bad

Very exotic!! And my sim doesn't have to leave town to live there!! Thanks! It's really beautiful! And I use tiles outside all the time for patios...don't know if that's right but I do! :D

A very cool Egyptian design! I think the outside tile almost lifts the house off the ground making it seem almost ethereal. Very nice!
