Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I continue my house production with a Farm. It is a very new shiny Farm, as you can see in the pictures. Its still all clean, but i think your Sims can Change it very soon The Farm has a nice backyard with a Place for your Gardener Sims and a place for kids to play. Next to the house you can find a barn too. On the roof there is a place to chill out =)

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Where is the picture of the master bedroom? I can see the nursery and the room with a single bed but no double bed.

the exterior looks really nice! however the inside is a tad bit clutterd. and it makes the spaces tighter then they have to be,

You made great eyes in the sims 2, and now coming out with some sims 3 houses and a new pair of eyes. I'm really surprised on how great your lots look (= Personally I love the clutteredness, because it creates a sense of homeyness that is seen in farm houses. Really love it, keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to see more ;D

This house is fantastic, I wish it didn't require WA! It's what I'm always trying to create for my simple farming sims.

Woot, I love the authenticity on this lot - it really has that "cute cozy farm" feel - and your decor is just perfect. Thanks!
