Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
** NO CC**

**DO NOT, and I mean DO NOOOOOT upload any of my homes, including this one, onto the Sims 3 Exchange. Although I do take it as a compliment that you are willing to share my work, and promote it on another site, I DON'T WANT YOU TO! Thanks!
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello everyone... This home is my biggest (and best) yet. I built it a little while back during the "re-vamping" age of Riverview. The house is an absolute MONSTER in both size and price, as it topples over $1,000,000 simloans. There are many courtyards through out the property, and extensive gardens. The garages are in architectural designs that are both functional and appealing to the eye. Also, the home features over 2,000 square feet in the "Outdoor Home", which is an obnoxiously sized triple-floor loggia located at the back of the home. It was put there to maximize the views on the lot; I recommend you put it on a river, like how it is in my game. That way, when your sim wakes up from sleeping in their luxury master bedroom, they can walk out the double doors onto the 2nd floor of the "Outdoor Home", and enjoy coffee made fresh from the "in-suite" kitchen in the 2nd outdoor living room. Whew, that was a long sentence. Having guests? Have them stay in the Guest House, which is on-site next to the main house. Anyhow, I don't think I can emphasize how great this house is. It is my all-time favorite [until the next one]. Anyhow, here are the facts:
-------------------Main House------Guest House------Total-----
Bedrooms: ----------6 -------------- 2----------------------8
Bathrooms: ---------7.5------------1.5---------------------9
Levels:--------------- 4---------------1--------------------1,4
Garage:
[X]Y --------------------6----------------2 ------------------8
[]N
[X]Info Attached six car garage to main house, plus a 2-car Pole Barn garage attached to guest house.
Basement: N
Fireplaces: 3
Price:
-Furnished: $1,176,349 Simloans
-Unfurnished: $392,109 Simloans
Lot Size: 60x60
Other Information:
-5 Kitchens (Main, first floor; Master Bedroom, Outdoor Kitchen (second floor), Third Floor; and Guest House
-3~floor Loggia
-Professionally designed landscaping
-You can buy every single [original] car in the game, and still have extra parking spaces. You won't have to do that though, for the cars are already included =)
-full-sized Guest House with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room
-much...much much more!

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Here are some scenarios you may ponder on within the next few minutes...
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Question: What happens if I host a large dinner party? How many people can I hold?
Answer: Believe it or not, you can sit down 34 guests, each with their own seat and table (or island counter), and probably whip up a good meal with a number of chefs in your huge gourmet kitchen.

Question: And If some of those guest are staying for the night?
Answer:
Assuming they all want a bed, you could house 16 guests. There are 8 bedrooms, and each room has either a double bed or two single beds. If you want some guests to sleep on couches, you can fit the whole town, if you want!

Question: When I have my extended family over, or just a bunch of friends, what is there to do, that would please everyone?
Answer:Well, you have 13 TVs in the house, 8 of which are in the Media room, which can conveniently hold 8 people on the seating area, Your bookworm friends and ponder over 30 bookshelves, your tired (or drunk) friends could sleep on one of many beds, and your inspired cooks can cook at any of the 5 kitchens strategically placed around the house(s). Sounds good, right?

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Oops I'm sorry about that CoolDad. I didn't mean to offend anyone, I just didn't want to seem like a real architect who "deserved" praise. In no way did I mean to make 40 year olds looks creepy--actually, it's quite cool that they are playing the game =). Makes EA very successful to be able to appeal to all age groups! If it makes you feel better, I had that comment removed!

Sorry again!

THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! I've been looking for a house for a character that I created which I called (LOL!) "The most interesting man in the world". He's been to China, Egypt, and France and have "hooked up" quite a bit and (as a consequence or reward depending upon your personal view) since he have all his children from these social experiences living with him (6) I have this house I was making due, but was really too small. Thanks for this! Most fitting for "the most interesting man in the world" indeed.

Glad "The Most Interesting Man in the World" is now sheltered!!! When he goes on vacations, (like he seems to a lot), his house can remain safe with over 20K in security systems--perfect for your sim!! Thanks! =)

It's not going!? That's the 2nd "slow" report I've got about this lot... sadly.... I'm really sorry! I think it's just because the lot is SO big. I wish I could do something to help... My game is generally slow at placing lots as well, and my computer is fast... Maybe TS3 is just glitching a bit? Sorry about that man, tell me if it doesn't work completely, and I'll try to fix it! =)
