Another house in Funkis style. It's not the biggest house, but there's a lot of space anyway. Use the space alone or move in with your family. Invite your rich and famous friends for a glass of wine and some good conversations!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi wallpaper!!!

I have (of course) downloaded this house as well, not a big surprise since I really loved your last one. As with the former house, the praise can not be exaggerated, it is truely fantastic.

Once again, I will urge you to make a appartment building (multiple familys), since I am sure it would be great. I really hope that you will concider this.

It should be working fine, Galland.
I don't know why your having trouble. All modded objects was removed before I wrapped up the house. Others with the same problem? If so - please let me know. "Oh dear, maybe I have to smash it" :smash: nooooo....:weep:

I am not sure why it refuses to be in the game. Perhaps because I have your other one, since it wants to overwrite certian files... I am rather technically challenged, so I really dont know.

Hi again wallpaper!

I still cant get this house to show up in game, and I really cant understand why. I have taken it out and reinstalled it several times, with different downloads, still no banana :-(

And ohh... please continue to fabricate your fantastic houses!!! You have inspired me to make totally new designes for my own houses! THX!

Ok, I reinstalled the game, and finally got it to work. The house it self is very nice, beutiful design and quite good in game for a single person or a small family. Perhaps a young sucsessful couple in the marketing business ;-)

Anyway, wallpaper... if you ever decides to make a appartment house in this style, please make sure to upload it here. Your houses are by far the most impressive around!!!
