Coral Reef Lots are built in BlueSoups Twikkii Island- Expanded which is an expanded version of sophisims Twikkii Island Edited. Due to the nature of Beach lots I would recommend using BlueSoups- http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=325601

In larsson 1970. wonderfull American Beach 22 thread, post number 5 there is a link to a tutorial that is usefull regarding placement of beach lots.

I used Frillen Driveway and extension, located at the bottom of the page

If you don't want your gardener to go crazy I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology.. http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php/topic,13.0.html

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Just wanted to let you know that I downloaded this lot and I love it. I'm going to be using it as a backdrop in my story in an upcoming chapter.

I'm so picky when it comes to downloaded lots that I usually end up downloading a lot and dumping all of the furnishings and decor and re-doing it. I love how you were able to make this lot so well using only in-game content. That is so very hard to do with all the ugly crap that came with the game. I only re-did the living room and dining room for the purposes of my story. If I had downloaded it just to play, it would be perfect as is.

Thanks for all of your hard work and or sharing it.

Well thanks BJ, I try to use only Maxis to illustrate the position of furnishings but I do try to make it look appealing, I'm sure the vast majority of people who download replace these items with their favourite content. Thanks again.

How did you get the boat and does it work? Can my sims drive the boat or is it just for show?

It's Bloom, and it's just for show. http://www.insimenator.org/index.ph...c,104704.0.html
