Forlorn Rowe, Raven Hill

Requires World Adventures and Ambitions
Built with version 4.0.87
Uses free Sims Store CC and MTS CC
1 Premium Sims Store item

Forlorn Rowe, Raven Hill is a foggy, dark, damp, evil dwelling, perfect for your evil Sim(s). It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, combined dining/lounge and a three storey high tower with chess table & two chairs, EsmeraldaF's Resurrect-o-Nomitron Table and a dresser. I have used the Speedy Pole in place of stairs for your Sim(s) to get up and down the tower. An art easel, two bookshelves, and the chess table are included but there are no tv's/stereos/phones, alarms or car parks. There are various rare plants in and around the weedy, foggy, skeletal-remain riddled grounds and rare fish in the rivulet.

Free CC used:

EsmeraldaF's Resurrect-o-Nomitron
Generation Clock
Harvest Bounty Set
Halloween Treats Set

1 Premium Sims Store item
Retronator Stove

4x4 lot
78,253 furnished
46,701 unfurnished

Notes: This is not a an attempt to recreate the house of the same name in the game, World of Warcraft, I just borrowed the name :p

If you want less fog, go into build mode while in the lot and delete the "Fog Emitters" - half-sphere blue items on the ground.

If you want to move the furniture around, use the move objects on and disablesnappingtoslotsonalt on cheats.

Issue with Speedy Pole: the CAS'ed floor ring part does not save with the lot and reverts to the original bright red.

Enjoy!

Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: 78,253

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Congrats.
This house gives me the creeps. It's so dark and gloomy.
The unconventional roof strengthens the mystic atmosphere around the house. Nice fog effects.
It's spooky, it's dark, it's great

Thanks Zarah, Candle, Pegasaus and Lana! It's a wee bit of a childish/halloween/overdatop with the fog lot but ya know lol sometimes it's best to get it out of the system (my system) lol

The structural shape of this house is beautiful. I love the outside views, just so eerie - drawing you inside to a mysterious place. Fabulous as always ninotchka, but I'm so upset/frustrated that I wont be able to play this lot - my stupid launcher is stuffed so I can't install!

I don't think I have ever said this before but this (to me) should have been a featured download. It's insanely creative and interesting. Then again, opinions are like (bleep) and everyone has one. Exceptional lot. Thanks for taking the time to create and share it. -P

This is great! What awesome work! You know, your Sim reminds me of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, in fact something about the whole thing leaves that taste in my mouth even though it's not modeled after it - but I'm telling my age there.

At this rate I'll end up with all of your creations in my game. lol Great job!
