I downloaded this little gem months ago and I use it so often that I thought I had to leave a comment here! I like to move my pleasure male sims here because it's just so perfect for them. Alright most of them usually turn out gay and they move to a bigger house to start their families, but there is no foreign lot I use as much as this.

I downloaded this lot but it won't let me place it anywhere by the water. Why? What should I do?
