Hi everyone!

At last, I found enough currage to make my first upload. When I saw Waterfall Retreat by NaMo Design I thought it would be nice to have starter house in similar style. It's a open plan studio with kitchen annex, living area, bed corner and small bathroom. I think you can find there everything what Sim needs in the beginning of new life.

Well... Here it is, nothing impresive but I hope you'll enjoy it.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Looks really good! Three suggestions, it would be nice if the patio/deck was one tile wider, the entrance is awfully small to get in, second It would be nice of the area with the bed, was one complete bedroom, and third, the bookshelfs wood does not match all the other woods, nice job on making all the wood match though! I think the wood on the interior furniture would have looked even nicer if it was a darker color like the exterior, but thats just me!

Overall, FANTASTIC for a first upload! Congrats!

This is a wonderful starter home for a single sim! You even got the laundry in there! I personally love the sleeping corner - it gives the home a real "studio" sort of feeling. Great job, I look forward to seeing more of your stuff. :D

Love the layout, would prefer a sleeping space that accomadates a double bed, but it looks like that wall can be extended easily enough. Thanks!

This is a great find for me. I've decided to give Armiel's Finnington custom world a try, and it comes with a lot of small lots to fill.
