1910 is the year this house is built. It´s built by an Sirish family that came to Simerica because they wanted to start a new life there. They were one of the few lucky who didn´t get send back to their homecountry, and they´ve got the jackpot; Patrick McGulliver (Married with Julia and had one son) became a rich farmer, they were able to buy a huge farm and clothes of the best quality. Then, Patrick built this house, a vacation home at the cliffs of Sim Angeles. But as Patrick got murdered in 1927, the mom and kid went back to their old farm, where they also got murdered by a old neighbour of the Sirish family...

People who were also living on the cliffs took care of the house, they cleaned it, they worked in the garden and even did repairings on the house.

Now Sim Angeles is known as Sunset valley, where 'The bright summer house' is for sale.

Beatiful bright exterior of the house, that´s why Patrick called it 'The bright summer house'

Cozy and Inviting classic interior, Still there, cleaned and repaired by neighbours

Beatiful garden to BBQ and relax in the summer

Floorplan:

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is really cute, but um... Is that kitchen usable? It looks like the only open counter is in the bathroom, can sims chop ingredients on a decorated counter?

I'd love to get this to work but it's saying I need to update my game, but it is. Do I need World Adventures for this? I don't see a mention of this pack on this page.

I don't know what version your game is, but if you have 1.14 or over you should be able to play with it. And it's basegame only.

Great Story. I love backround stories as they make everything so much more special about the home or Sims. I love it and I'm downloading. I Fav'd you also. I hope to see more of your Works. I especially like this size of your Lot too. I think I have an idea when you placed the home in Sunset Valley because I want to get the same effect. Thanks so much! ElderGamer1
