With the new expansion out, I've been busy buildings new bars and discos for all playable neighbourhoods. It can be a pain having to come up with tons of new ideas, so a big thanks to the community who has been uploading a variety of late-night hangouts, some of which I've been using in my game Keep em coming!

And with that, I decided perhaps I'll share some of my own. Mostly those which I tried to fit to a particullar neighbourhood or place, but can be adapted or used elsewhere if it pleases you so.

So here I present you with "The Red Cow" Club from Riverview.

This was built with the famer or cowboy sim in mind, a place to come and have a a cheap drink and relax a bit with games or live music after a day's hard work. Of course, it can get quite lively at night and during the Riverview Barn Dance festival.

As you can see, the club provides drinks, games, dancefloor and a stage for your live country gigs.

The building is a refurbished barn, trying to preserve Riverview's natural style and country feel.
It was built on a 20x30 lot, so you can place it on any of the lots with that size, or bigger ones with more exterior space for decoration.

There is no CC included in the file. But the pictures depict some store content you may already have (if you downloaded Riverview) and some you can get (paid) if you wish, but not really mandatory for this lot to work in your game. You will need however, all EPs and SPs I listed. I have included decors from SPs like Fast Lane, I'm not sure if not having the SPs can cause conflict or not, but you have been warned.

CC List (not included):

Riverview decorations (free - base game registration): Cow Cutout, Hay stack, Wildly Western Door, etc
Fame in a Frame (free - Late Night Registration Reward)
Up Against the Wall! (pay - TS3 store)
Found Art (pay - TS3 store)

The two paid CC shouldn't make much difference if you don't have them, you can just replace them with other wall decorations to your liking.

Playtested, but let me know if you find any problems during gameplay.

Again as usual, feel free to do with this download as you please. Modify, redecor, use it as base for other project, redistribute with custom neighbourhoods, do whatever you like. Have fun!

And in case people having trouble downloading request this, here is the link for direct download from the exchange.

Hope you enjoy and thank you!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
