Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I love having the grandparents help raise the grandchildren, so I started a series of Generation Houses. You can check my page for previous builds in the Generation Series.

The main floor has:
Parlor
Study / Den
Eat-in kitchen
Full guest bath
Laundry room
Very small butlers bedroom
Formal Dinning room
Master suite

The upstairs has:
Adult bedroom
Boy bedroom
Girl bedroom
Nursery
2 more full baths
TV room

The lot has:
Swimming pool
Hot tub
Garage
2 porches
Room for 2 more cars to park

Store items: If you don’t have them the game will replace them.

Pastoral Reflections

Morris Wide Curtain

I have all EPs/SPs. There isn’t any HELS or FL items. I think there is a small table and music box from WA, but that shouldn’t cause a problem if you don’t have it. The two you need the most are LN and AM both for build and furnishings.

Enjoy!

HUGE THANKS to MTS for a place to share and you for looking!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is an excellent, functional house. I played a family with 5 children in it and had very few routing issues, despite the realistic layout of the kitchen and only one set of stairs. Very tastefully decorated and full of bathrooms. I changed a few things here and there to suit my own taste, but played the house mostly as it came, which is very unusual for me. I think this may be the most "playable as is" house that I've ever downloaded. Excellent work! I'll definitely be downloading some of your other houses too.
