Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is my first upload so feel free to critique. If you downloaded all the freebie stuff on the Sims 3 store then you don't have to worry a thing. Here's a little explanation on what I did and intend this lot to be like.

There are small digital picture frames on most of the tables. Those frames are to convey the menu. Feel free to add your custom images of fake menus to those and you've got yourself a realistic one!

There are plenty of plaques with inscriptions on the wall. If you're looking for a little laugh then find and read them all.

There is a basement on this lot. There's really nothing there except for a "decorative kitchen" and a pathway to get to the 1st floor main bar. I've locked the door but if you want to use it, you can unlock it through build/buy mode. It's fully functional by the way. If you want to grill your own sliders, then feel free to use it free of charge!

I tried to make this lot to have that sports-bar kinda feel. Too bad I can't find a way to add overhead flatscreens by the main bars. I tried using nectar nests and overhead cabinets but those just look tacky. Not to mention, by using the cabinet, mixologists can't use the bar. On the other hand, the second floor main bar have nectars. Yes, nectars. Nectars that your sims can browse and enjoy. As always, sims can have a taste of them free of charge! lol

Lastly, the exclusive booth located in the second floor, is accessible to one star celebrities and up. It boasts a huge flatscreen and privacy from those pesky paparazzis.

I named it SHooters but you can change it all you want! Feel free to redesign and redecorate but please don't upload it again

Thanks and ENJOY!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Beautiful! Reminds me a bit of like an Applebee's, with all the clutter making for a nice atmosphere. And the layout is just superb. Really brings it to life! <3

I believe these tvs might be what you're looking for.

I'm pretty sure you can submit an updated version of the lot.

I really like this bar! I think I'm going to put it in Twinbrook next to the Stadium. A 30x30 lot fits there with World Editor. Thanks!

I like this bar. I do. And I'd download this if I knew exactly what I'm going to have to download from The Store, unless you used all the freebies. There are many free items and lots of them I know wouldn't have gone into a sports bar (bunnies and hearts?). If there is CC you should really put a list of them with this. But apparently 1,321 people wanted to d/l almost 2 pages of free stuff just to figure out what's in here. I, do not. I will pass.

*Newness coming.....*

Very nice work!! Look just like a bar I used to go to in my hometown. Same layout and everything, and they didn't have any tvs either!! LOL I am definitely grabbing this to remind my sims of the good ole days. hehehe

This is very nicely done! Thank you!

I appreciate the fact there is no custom content except freebie store items.

I really like this bar. I made a few changes to it in my game...it's called "The Dugout". I made up a large sign from wall art I found on another site and put the name as well as a pic of a model in thong and sports shirt (my original photograph) pitching a baseball...kinda cute/sexy "man-touch" to the sports bar idea. I also made posters/signs advertising the place that are place at various spots around town. Can't keep a sports bar running without proper advertising Thanks for the great work!
PS: If anyone would like some signage, just drop me a note.

This is lovely! I just got Late Night, and I'm having a blast adding appropriate-looking LN lots to Sunset Valley. This fit right in. I've downloaded a random amount of free store items, and it looks fine to me. I think anyone who is concerned about not having the store items should just download it and see. The game replaces stuff anyway.

Great lot! Thank you. It seems like the main freebie set you need is The Red Carpet Collection . I see the wall picture from the set in the screenshots and also the trophy thing. I did not have any freebies when I downloaded this lot and everything looked pretty much the same. Only noticeable difference was the two bare spots where the trophy thing should have been. Hope this helps anyone wondering which freebies to grab

Just what my Sims needed, a Sports Bar. Maybe they will meet physically fit Sims and be ashamed of their beer belly and hit the gym. Thank you! The Sports Bar looks fantastic.
