Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Brilliant house! I'm using it right now!

I'll be honest... I don't usually comment on web forums much but I have to compliment not only your work on this house but all of your houses thus far. I used to build houses for a high end cedar homes contractor and although many of your homes are not full log or log sided they still have a great deal of rural beauty and the soft browns and solid grays are very easy to look at. The use of landscaping is excellent and the entire package including the furnishings are spot on with all of your homes. I will be using every single one in my rural/county club locations within. It looks as though you actually referenced real blueprints and consulted with real interior designers. Nice work and looking forward to more. If you have any tutorials for home design or can point me in the direction of the ones you learned from please give me a hand.

Beautiful and yet affordable - I moved a single Sim in with no cheats, and had no money problems. Now that that single Sim has turned into a couple who are ready to have a baby, I'm going to upgrade to one of your other lovely houses!

I love this house, at first I thought it would be a bit too small for my sim (no space for a desk or laundry room) but then I remembered you included a basement. It's the perfect size for my loner sim. The only bad thing is the lot is so small that she has about 3 squares to garden but it doesn't really matter. xxx

If I were a teenaged girl, I would probably be squealing over how cute it is.
As it is, I am a forty-something gentleman squealing over how cute it is.

Outstanding. Simply outstanding.
