Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Okay, just because of this house, I wish I had Sim 3 now! I am still stuck on 2, just because of how many stuff packs and branches of the game there are! Very well done, very well indeed! When I get 3, I will be downloading!

I have a hard time finding homes that I like that aren't either ultra modern or ultra traditional, so sometimes my hoods almost look to theme-y and I end up having to seek out more "normal" looking houses to tone things down. This is a great representation of a contemporary home, and will fit in any realistic neighborhood. It looks incredibly real and I am very impressed.

Thank you!

So.......I love this house, and I moved some Sims into it. Everything played fine until I had them jump on the trampoline I put in the back yard. When my Sims got off it, they couldn't leave the backyard. I put in a new gate, replaced all the doors leading to to backyard into the house, and they still couldn't leave the backyard, even when I told one of them to go to another lot. I got fed up and removed the fences and a part of the wall in the dining room to see if I could get them into the house, and still nothing. They just gave me that "Something's in my way" animation and thought bubble.....though there was literally NOTHING around them whatsoever. Even with no fences and no doors and no objects, they STILL couldn't leave the backyard.
Has anyone else had this happen on this lot? I really wish I didn't, because I love this house!
