Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hellos everyone!

After uploading my world Finninton , I decided to somehow finalize the whole process, and came up with another idea.

Building a world full of lots can be very overwhelming, so I though I'll do it in pieces. That way the final result will be a world full of lots that have been built on and finished, but I don't need to do it all at once.

So this is a first set of lots for Finnington, that I have finished.

Finnington - Community lots Pt.1

The set consists of 11 community lots, all built in and for Finnington. Some of them are rabbitholes, some are lots built from scratch.

The full infos of the lots are in individual posts in comments!

You can of course use these in any world you like, but here is a map on where to place them on Finnington:

Custom content used, that you don't need to download:
Public picnic spot unlocked by simsample

Game requirements:

Games required
Basegame, World adventures, Ambitions and Late night are required for the lots to look exactly like they are supposed to.

You should however be able to use many of them even if you don't have all the EPs listed if you're patches are the same than mine or newer.

Individual game requirements are on the lot posts.

Patch levels
Basegame - 1.19.44, World adventures - 2.13.6, Ambitions - 4.7.4, Late night - 6.2.4.

Additional credits
Besides the people listed in the Finnington world upload thread, I wanna thank especially Silent Psycho and Leesester for helping me with the lot names

You can get a Save file of the world pre upload if you wish to get all the unfinished lots. Read more here: http://www.modthesims.info/showpost...4&postcount=174

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Awesome Awesome Awesome. Thank you for this. I downloaded Finnington the other day and I love it. Its really beautiful. I tried to find community lots that would fit, but didn't have much luck. I even tried my hand at placing rabbit holes on the lots, but there must be a trick I'm missing because I couldn't place them. I really like your work and I look forward to seeing more of it. Cheers.

I think the upload quite clearly says 11 community lots The residentials, and the rest of the community lots, are still a WIP and in my lot bin.

And yes, you need to get Finnington separately.
