This lot is simple, yet so adorable! I was looking for something like that and I miserable fail at making lots. I just need to put some dirty on it and it will fit my game perfectly.

Thank you very much!

This is one of the cutest lots I've even seen. I really need to make a sim now who's gonna enjoy living there. Thank you for the inspiration!

Amazing idea, thank you very much!
I also adore the featured sim's hair and outdoor clothing. Is there any way of getting these?

The clothing is from the Store and I believe the hair is Maxis, KB maybe?

I *highly* suggest deleting the ship in the bottle. It's rediculous high poly (almost 4,000) so your graphics card will HATE it. Removing it will also make your lot $4,000 cheaper.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I love reading your comments.

OMG LOL just omg LOL LOL

How....i don't even know what to say i mean it's how did you come up with this in your head?!?!!?!

Absolutely friggin fantastic and something i must now try myself.

The only thing i would actually change is adding a wall for the shower unless it's that pic angle it looks like the shower is just floating in mid air.

Great job

This is cute, I love it. Living off the land actually seems fun and relaxing on this lot XP. I also noticed she has a plaque for OFB's first simoleon obtained. Does she run a business on this lot or is that just pure decorations? Just curious :D

Nope, shower isn't floating, your mind is playing tricks on you, there is a wall there, the side and back are open, but side with the pipes has a wall.

I actually removed that after taking the pictures. She tried selling what she dug up, but that didn't go over so hot, lol.

so i played it for about an hour (had to go to work) and loved it. i chopped off the roof from the bathhouse and made a little tree-fort style top part (with a ladder that i downloaded from somewhere) to place a telescope.
otherwise, this is so great. thank you thank you thank you!

I happily follow your work, and when I saw this one, I thought, "Oh God, what has Phae done this time?" Then I read on, and fell in love! The ONLY thing I would have done different is have a pay phone instead of the one included. Otherwise, AMAZING.
