Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hello
It's my very first upload here.

There are 4 small apartments, that your single or newly-married (but not only ) Sims would love. I tried to make this building look straight, simple, modest, not very raw and available for every Sim (rent price is under 1,000 simoleons). Every apartment looks exactly the same.
Hope you'll like it - I've tried my best

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Yay! Small-lot apartments! I'm always on the lookout for these, so that I don't have to build 'em myself. I love that these are basic and cheap, too. Thanks so much for sharing, and welcome to uploading.

Default Stairs Fixed!
Second stairs were placed wrongly - Sims couldn't reach the highest level's entrance. I'm sorry for this
Here's the fixed version.

Thanks for comments

This is great It can be quite hard to make nice apartments that are that small but still functional, but you've pulled it off with flair.

Please keep uploading

@up: I'm affraid that in these apartments won't be much enough place for kids.

I hope that one day I'll make and upload nice, kids-friendly apartments (with playground ^^). Actually I have something like that - a very old (made 2,5 year ago), modern looking building with 6 apartments, but it needs a serious renovation

Thank you all

@Liv94: I have a family with 7 kids living in a house with 16 x 7 floor tiles, so I think I find a way to make the place
Maybe if I move the bench I can place a bed backside it
