This elegant five bedroom home (including servant quarter) exudes the beauty and warmth of a Mediterranean villa and vineyard.

Through the arched wooden door in the portico is a small front yard and a long loggia. To the left is the dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry and bahroom, master bedroom with private bath; to the right is the game room. A separate cabana suite off the rear grants independence to a guest or live-in relative.

Upstairs, a family room opens to the balcony and two bedrooms share a bath.

At the right corner of the garden is the servant quarter with wine cellar underground, facing a large vineyard.

Outdoor facilities: large pool, hot tub, kids palyground, beautiful garden and vineyard, courtyard, two garages for three cars.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

A magnificient view to feast our eyes on, I can't wait to put it in the farming district of the town. When I look at the seamless floor plan, the charm-exuding garden, I tell myself that we never know what you''ll come up next with your extraordinary imagination.

Wow, an amazing lot. So very beautiful and I can almost feel the summer sun when I look at it. It's too big for my computer to run well, but maybe I'll put it in France for my Sims to at least visit.

This house has used lots of World Adventures stuff and other expansion or stuff packs. It would look different if I use base game stuff only. I prefer to build another one in some other time. ~Ung

Fantastic job! This lot was thought out well. I love the plan, landscaping, and how the home is decorated. That wine cellar is a great bonus.
