Thanks! I will try to make a beachhouse for you some time, I am currently building a Large Expensive Rural Home which should be complete soon and after that I will try get started on a beach house for you

This house puts the houses that I make into shame! I love how the garage is at the bottom while most of home is on top of that. Amazing job!

Please give proper credit. I am pretty sure this is just a decorated version of Space_Case's Luxurious Contemporary Home. Just because he is inactive, doesn't mean you can steal his work and not give proper credit.
