This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Ye Olde Kingdom of Pudding Medieval Decor Objects
Big Water Wheel and Windmill Blades - Animated!

Greetings, good gentles/ladies. We are The Merrye Makers - a group of eleven creators spanning all disciplines (clothing, lots, objects, etc.) offering for thy downloading pleasure a collection of medieval things most beauteous from Ye Olde Kingdom of Pudding -- otherwise known as "Simdom Pudding".

Medieval Big Water Wheel and Windmill Blades made by Hekate999 for The Merrye Makers. The Merrye Makers would all like to extend a special thanks to Hekate. Hekate went above and beyond creating things that most of us never thought were possible!

The Quick Tick Wall Clock was used to make the Medieval Big Water Wheel and Windmill Blades animated so they actually turn. Sims can walk through the water wheel. It must be made inaccessible with ponds, fencing, etc. If the windmill blades hang down in front of a door, sims can walk through them. It is best to place windmill blades on the second floor, or higher, away from doorways. Big Water Wheel and Windmill Blades must be placed against a wall.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Don't worry we (it's actually a group of 10 or so creators) have about 9 more uploads in the upload process!

ANIMATED!!!? Omg!

I know I already asked a request of you to do the Candy Canes and Water Wheel for me before (and I'm STILL using them, btw; thanks again! ) but I simply must ask this of you, Hekate999: can you please make the other water wheel animated, too!? That would be icing on my Cloud Nine cake!

Something happened a patch or 3 ago, and the windmill is no longer animated on my house. I don't have Pets or Showtime, but I do have patch 1.32. Is it me, or is it the mod?

I tested the water wheel in Starlight Shores patched to 1.32. The wheel turns (as the blades are made the same way I am going to say they will too). You have to be in live mode to see the wheel turn.
