1a Beach Terrace

This is the first of another six interchangeable 3 storie row houses, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, they all have an attached garage and are built on 1x3 shrunk lot.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor, the living area and a bedroom is on the first floor and the upper floor contains the master bedroom with a balcony and another single bedroom

All are all fully furnished, contain all major appliances and are protected with fire and burglar alarms.

They have covered porches to the front and rear, small well stocked mature gardens and pleasant frontage.

All have been playtested for several sim days.

Built using Any Game Starter by Numenor

Thanks to twerplina for informing me of this file missing in the download. Please download and install before installing the lot.

To maintain the condition of the garden I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology

The Lots were shrunk with the Lot Adjuster by Mootilda

Please see the Stair threads for Scriptorium installation instructions-the lots will work just fine if you don't install the stairs properly, but you won't be able to select, change them or use them in other lots.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

What I like best about the houses is the way the colors are all different, yet blend together so well. It's really a great looking row of houses.

Thanks tricia, you always say such kind things about my lots. My house is indeed your house.

I would love to live in your houses by a warm, sunny beach. They look so cozy.
