This oriental styled lot is perfect for that large sim family. Everyone can enjoy the pristine creek and the nature paths on the lot. Guarded by two dragon statues, the family can live safe and secure behind the alabaster wall while still being able to enjoy the comforting serenity of nature. The Chinese believed that evil spirits only travelled in straight lines, so they built their homes with curved roofs in order for the evil spirit to be catapulted back into the sky where it came from. This house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen/dining area, a living room, and a family room.

Interesting Chinese Superstitions
+ If a dog howls in the night, it means someone has died somewhere.
+ Keeping a turtle as a pet brings bad fortune.
+ 8 is a lucky number.
+ Red is a popular colour as it brings good luck, life, fortune, and fame.
+ Hand-shaking is considered rude, bowing is the proper way to greet anyone.
+ A house should never face north.
+ Wearing a moustache is considered bad luck.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Nice house, my overstuffed family now has a new place to live in. Finding a nice house with 8 beds is rather rare.

I'll like to correct you on this superstition, "Hand-shaking is considered rude, bowing is the proper way to greet anyone". I think this is more for the Japanese as bowing is only for showing respect (ie to teachers, elders).

A more common superstition would be the number 4 is considered very unlucky. So 4, 44, 24 etc would be numbers people would avoid like the plague.
