I love playing elders in my game, so I made a house suitable for an elderly couple. All the colours are muted and there is a very small back garden, but no space for parking.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Amazing! I like how you muted the colours, to fit what a person their age would like; minimalism! Thank you for creating this!

This is a really lovely house! Beautiful! Except every time I try to install it, it registers in my Download section as requiring an EP or SP that I don't have (base game only) but this page says it only requires the base game - is it possible you've missed an SP or something? If not and it's something wrong with my game then no worries. Looks like great work anyway

Hmm, as far as I know it is only base game - are you patched to latest?

As far as I know, my starter screen says version 1.33.2 - I've only had the game about a fortnight so I don't know how many updates there have been. It says it's up to date though. I'll try it again and see if I can get it to work yet - It might well be my game but I thought I'd just check with you just in case.
