Welcome everyone! I was quite pleased with how my latest upload, Elego Road, turned out. However, I knew I could do better; there was nothing about it that personally pushed my own button, so to speak. So with this one, Creatively entitled '2 Elego Road', I decided to push the boat out a bit more (I actually stared the shell before uploading the original Elego road) and worked on the landscaping and wall painting. I personally adore the way that this house has turned out; of course, I would like to say a thank you to everyone who commented on it in chat, especially HP who gave me some useful pointers to the look of the back yard.
Enough of this jibber jabbering, I hear you cry! Show me some pics! Well, here they are!

Well, thank you for having a look and (hopefully) downloading. It was a pleasure to build this, and also to share; enjoy!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Very nice. My only problem is none of my families ever only have one kid. I can only hope who ever I put in here has 2 boys or 2 girls so that I can use the bunk beds. Thanks so much!

This is perfect for Hidden Springs (yeah...I'm kinda late on my neighborhoods/expansions) since the city is like huge holiday mansions or teeny tiny houses or empty lots! Perfect for woodsy lots! Thanks so much!
