Hey everyone! This house is my third Sims 3 remake. The original home was made by TS2 creator sarah*rose and I loved it so much that I thought I'd replicate it. The house is very large with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It's on a 30x40 lot and costs §240,548. There's no CC!

**The original Sims 2 house can be found here**

This house has a driveway with two parking spots on the side of the lot because it was built on a corner. If you don't place it on a corner lot just delete these and erase the terrain paint.

This house sleeps up to 8 sims but was made for 5-6.

There are 4 parking spots included (one in the garage) and two cars included.

No Custom Content

That's all! Thanks for looking & happy simming!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Hi, beautiful house! Nice job. This may be a dumb question...but how did you get the upper walls to render on picture 10 without being transported up to that level? Sorry for the stupid ?...once again brilliant work!

That's not difficult to do. Just go up to the top level of the lot, the enter camermanmode [tab key] and use the 'Q' or 'E' keys to raise or lower the camera to the desired position/floor level.

Plus I must add, this is a great looking home! I just wish my game was working so I could play with this.

Absolutely gorgeous! I always shy away from creating houses with complex roofing, but this really makes me want to have a go!

This is a wonderful generation home. Not overly decorated, but just right, which I really appreciate so I don't have to remove stuff for the sims to move around freely.
I build houses myself, but never have the patience for building multi-generational homes, so I'm always very thankful when I find good ones to grab for my game.
