Hey everyone! Today I have a pretty large house on an spacious lot inspired by the types of homes you would see driving through numerous towns on the Cape, especially with the roof style and dormers. The house has lots of room for a growing family with 3 bedrooms and 2 full / 3 half bathrooms (one off of the garage). There is a pool with a patio and a large deck as well as a cabana and a gazebo for large parties. The lot is fully landscaped on a 50x50 lot and costs §307,921. There is also a 3 car garage which includes a work space where you can put whatever you need (there's a sculpting station and a workbench already) as well as a half bath in there.

This house can sleep up to 5 sims but was designed for 3 or 4. You could add a bunk bed in the third bedroom if you need more space. There is also room for a crib in the master bedroom if needed.

There are 4 parking spaces with 3 in the garage, and room for at least 2 more in the driveway. and there's 2 cars included.

That's all! I hope you all enjoy this house and thanks for looking! Happy simming & Enjoy!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
