Second Upload Huzzah!

Alright so I was surprised that my favorite part about Supernatural was not the Supernaturals themselves but the new victorian building tools added. I got tired of looking at the same peaked roof victorians and noticed that there were hardly any houses (or buildings) taking advantage of the awesome new cornices introduced. A week later I present you my first residential build good enough to go anywhere. Not the best looking house on the block when viewed from town mode but trust me, I put many hours into it and have never worked so hard on a lot.

Lot Size: 40x40
Furnished Price: 238,838
Unfurnished Price: 123,931

Anyway, the house features an entrance hall that leads directly into the sitting parlor and back atrium. Off to the left there is another smaller hall that connects the first floor bathroom, study and dining room.

Up on the second floor there is a nice relaxation area on the landing as well as a balcony overlooking the atrium with a chess table. The master suite is enormous with a smaller kids bedroom (or guest bedroom) across the hall, each with their own baths.

There is also a mysterious cellar below the house that just might hold a secret or two for your new Supernatural sims *wink* *wink*

The House absolutely requires Supernatural and without it, it would definitely not be the same.
The house also features the following items from the Sims 3 store:
Gothic Glamour Home and Office

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Yes, cornices were a nice surprise, weren't they? That and the drainpipes. I'm not sure that the Supernatural EP is needed as I believe the cornices came with patch 1.38 so they should show up if you are fully patched. I just wish they would come out with an SP like the TS2 Mansion & Gardens. We need more architecture and less BBQs.

I loved the cornices they came with the patch so even people who down own SN still get them ^^ Now only if we could get those 2nd empire roof's back from M&G and AL

Btw i was wondering did those large windows that you used at the front of the house come with SN? I don't have SN but i really liked a lot of the content that came with it :/ TS3 store really needs to start selling EP content again

Amen to that, I was happily surprised they didn't focus purely on the supernatural and gave us some cool new objects like potted plants and rocking chairs. Now I just hope they will have at least one build mode or architecture-centric stuff pack. I really want to see Second Empire and Art Deco come back.

Yes the large victorian bay windows are unfortunately exclusive to Supernatural. The Pack is almost worth it for all the new build and buy mode but is still ridiculously overpriced for what EA gives you now days >.>

I don't usually download houses, but this one is fantastic. The thing I like the best about it is it uses the cool stuff from SN, but isn't "overly" gothic, and can fit in most towns and not look out of place. Good Job!
