Hey everyone! Today I've finally had time to finish my second fall themed home, October 2. I really wanted to go in a different direction from the first one, which can be found here, but I wanted to keep the colors and aesthetic. There are 3 large bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms. It's on a 30x30 lot and costs §158,628/§75,468. There is no CC, but I did use one store set.

Floor Plans:

These house sleeps up to 6 sims but was made for 3-5.

There is one car included in the garage and room for at least 3 more parking spaces in the drive way.

I did use the Thanksgiving set called "Harvest Bounty" from the store (No longer available, sorry. :/ These items will be replaced and you can just delete whatever it puts).

That's all! I hope you guys like this house, Happy Fall, & thanks for looking!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Too much to say about this one but I really do like the way the garage just seamlessly fits into the house at the side. Room layouts are really nice and functional too!

This is incredible - you are such an amazing creator. Every time you post something new it is immediately downloaded and placed in my game. I have the hardest time coming up with decent layouts that aren't just boxes. Besides this house having an incredible layout and design - that roof! It is perfect!

Bravo, really. I'll stop drooling now. Thank you so much!

Aww, what a wonderful house! I can't wait to set my newest family up in this one...the fall colors of the exterior are so warm and cozy! I really do feel like this is the perfect home for October. The Victorian-style architecture is spectacular, too, giving it a traditional, family-like feel. Thanks for a lovely upload!
