Solitude.

I think everyone is searching for their own place to be themselves. I hope to bring you exactly that.

Solitude is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house that extends over 2 levels. From the street, the house looks like it only has one story, the obvious giveaway being the sunken garage.
Before even entering this house, there is a stunning garden landscaped with rocks and luscious ferns, and fountains jump across the pathway to the front door.
On the main level, there is the entryway, an open plan living/dining area with access onto the rear balcony which overlooks the stunning landscaped back garden.

Also, there is the kitchen which overlooks the stairs to the lower level. The second bedroom and the bathroom are also situated on this floor.
On the lower level, there is the second living area which leads straight out into the garden. Here, there is a dining area, multiple seating areas and a hot tub sheltered by a beautiful tree. Also on this level is the main bedroom.

This lot was built in the free space on the front of Sunset Valley.

The following packs don't contain items used in the lot. Showtime, High End Loft Stuff. Also, Master Suite is only needed for the master bedroom mirror.

Lot Sizing: 20 x 30

Price
Furnished: 131,477
Unfurnished: 79,722

Ps. I'd love to hear any feedback you might have so go ahead and leave a comment! :D

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

The dining set outside is OLS, I believe there are perhaps a few other items around the house too. I'm pretty sure it'll stay pretty much the same. You'll just need to replace a few items.

Thanks :D

So if I don't have Master Suite will those objects be replaced with defaults or will they just not be there?

TheatreGirl96 I believe they would be replaced by defaults.

Blondiegirl95 I genuinely have no idea why that would happen. Have you tried placing it in the position that I built it. If anyone else had this problem, could you let me know? Or if anyone has any ideas..? Sorry about that :s

I found that if you are out of date with your game patches then you will have similar problems or won't upload to the world at all. Yeah I was an idiot...working now and the house is beautiful. Killer work

Yeah all my patches are up to date and i at christmas i unistalled everything when i installed my new ep which was pets. the only ep i have are as follows; base game, world adventures, late night, ambitions, generations and pets. Maybe this problem occured because i do not have all the other expansion packs that you mentioned. I also do not have any stuff packs.

Blondiegirl95 I really don't know then. Maybe there was some sort of radical change when Seasons was added? Sorry about that! Maybe you should ask in a forum?

Blondiegirl95 That's most likely because it's from a pack you don't own.
