Today, after many months, I bring you yet another home for Project "Him!"

There will be two types of homes in this project:

1. Homes designed especially for male Sims to live in
2. Homes designed for Sims of either gender but with the male 'Sims player' in mind (as in guys who play the game) . Im sure there are some guys out there that want a nice house for their Sim family but dont want all the pink, floral, feminine decor that goes with it.

Today I bring you the Crash Pad. A nice little 2 bedroom home for your guys to spend their college years. It has a nice size yard for all those keg and bon fire parties plus a patio with bbq, foosball, bar and table tennis. The home has a small kitchen with mini fridge and microwave (as if college guys wanna cook right??). It can fit up to 4 Sims if you add bunk beds to each room.

Play tested
20x20 lot
Only requires Base game and University
Please ensure your game has at least patch 1.49 so the bed patterns will show up properly

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 18461

The Sofa is a Sims 3 store item. If you don't have it, the game will replace it with a different sofa.

You might get a ''missing objects warning'' when you first enter the lot. Its no problem

Number of bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion, game version or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Congrats on finally getting this posted! (still not heard a thing about my stuff yet)

Looks good, too. I like the pergola-type roof over the back, and the small, realistic looking kitchen.

THANK you for making a place, for male sims at UNI. My male sims hate pink and flowers! LOL. And this has such a guy feel to it. My Sims always live in this house in the UNI world!
