Whitehall Grange is a large old home, recently restored from top to bottom. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 servant's bedrooms in the attic, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 4 reception rooms, a formal dining room, a kitchen, a sunroom, 2 tack rooms, a stable and 5 porches/balconies to make the most of the outside. As mentioned, there is a stable and so this lot should be ready to house, I think I added all that is required.

I originally built this house to help me with a story I started writing but never really finished, as you will see in the spoiler below.

The house was built on a 40 by 30 lot, costing 165,704 Simoleons furnished or 105,721 Simoleons unfurnished.

I'd like to thank all of you over at the Creator Feedback Forum who helped me get this house looking the way it does, especially lulume, SimmyRN and Johnny Bravo. Thanks a lot, all of you. This house wouldn't be looking so good without you!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Wow, that looks amazing! I'll download now and let you know how I get on. Thinking of doing my own houses at some point, but some of the things you've done with this house I wouldn't even know where to begin!

I love this house! I made this one family I really loved and I just kept moving them to different houses cause I couldn't find one I liked. Then I downloaded this one. Amazing simply amazing! The house has lots of room but not only that but since the lowest level (with the stable) is on the ground I could easily add a basement (which I always do) this allows to be expand on it much quicker then if it did not. I love this House! Keep doing what you are doing!
