Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I was requested by user yasminhp to make a house with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and a nursery.

I haven't made that many Californian houses, so that's what I wanted to do for this one!

The first floor has a large living room, one bathroom and an open kitchen/dining room.

Second floor has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a nursery next to the master bedroom.

In the backyard you will find a kidney-shaped pool and a large bar!

I originally made the house for Late Night, but figured I didn't use too many Late Night objects, so I decided to create a Basegame version too. The basegame one is a bit less interesting, but I wanted everyone to be able to download the house.

Furnished: 147,219
Unfurnished: 83,224

The ceilings aren't black in-game, they just showed up that way in photo mode, don't know why..

Enjoy!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

How fast is that! Starting to envy you for your building speed... :D
Really nice house, especially living room and master bedroom. And stereo in the bathroom is a killer.

Wow....
This kinda resembles some of the homes here in Florida (except the roofs are hipped instead of gabled because of hurricanes).
It's beautiful

Beautiful house, but for some reason baby sims get stuck above the stairs and can't be put down in the nursery room.
