Get away from it all in this stylish lurvnest built for two. Featuring 360degree sea views and a handy dock, this 3 story island home welcomes the Sun through large picture windows.

The first floor contains a cosy living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen for those intimate candlelight dinners. Stealth stairs take you to the second floor with an open plan bedroom and office nook and easy access to the small but luxurious bathroom/WC with walk in shower. Head up to the third floor, sumptuous and plant filled - perfect for painting, piano playing or lounging around, it features a one tile skylight and an observation deck on 3 sides.

(EVERY mesh/recolour is EP compliant. Lot built with Uni installed, meaning if you install and you don't have Uni - there will be some objects missing)

House of the Sun 1.rar : contains House of the Sun Repacked.Sims2Pack and Objects Folder
House of the Sun 2.rar : contains new objects and recolours

1: Part 1 contains the .Sims2Pack file contains the lot, walls, floors, terrains and build mode objects/recolours only. Install as per usual method. If you only want an unfurnished lot, install just this file. (you will also need to grab IndolentLemons small palm tree from the new objects forum)

2: Part 1 also contains the Objects folder copies of all the recoloured objects I used in the lot categorized the Sims 2 way just in case you are as errr, retentive as I am =). Make sure you put these into your Downloads folder if you want to load up the lot as a furnished one.

3: Part 2 contains new objects and recolours I used in the lot. Put these in your Downloads folder if you want to load up the lot as a furnished one.

The read-me file contains complete instructions and a comprehensive list of credits and links. Any problems, pm me :D

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

The color is beautiful, BUT it is like a foundation of a lighthouse (, whose top may have been ripped by a tsunami or something.) :p

Loverat, I finally had one of my favorite sims graduate from university and move into this fabulous home! However, I am having the same issues with graphics as devil_sue. I included all of the custom content that you had available with this home, and from the neighborhood view all looks fine. However, once I entered the lot (which was just today...haven't had much time to play), I noticed that the water/sand ground cover was flashing blue-however there are flashes where the ground cover looks just right. I do have my graphics set pretty high-I went in and adjusted them to see if it would help and there was no change. Just wanted to pass that along--I thought you would want to know.
